"The Citroen My Ami Buggy has sold out, and it only took 17 minutes and 28 seconds. Every single reservation for the tiny Citroen EV was spoken for within minutes, with a limited production run of 50 electric cars."

Ami...electric motor [rated] 8 horsepower (6 kilowatts)...a 5.5-kilowatt-hour battery pack. The top speed is just 28 miles per hour (45 kilometers per hour). It has a range of up to 43.5 miles (70 kilometers).

Danish Electric Ferry Breaks Record for Longest Trip on Single Battery Charge
