ZAP Zig-Zags Around DaimlerChrysler Smart Car Roadblock

ZAP says it will buy $1 billion worth of Smart Fortwos, the same model that arrived last year in Canada, to resell to U.S. customers.
ZAP won't be getting its cars from Canada, however.
