Columnist Takes More Jabs at Segway Business Plans

A year ago, Tony Paradiso wrote a column critical of Segway's marketing efforts; now he's at it again.

The other day, I was licking my chops while reading an article about Segway LLC. Before me was another opportunity to poke fun at the makers of the infamous Segway Human Transporter.

More than a year ago, I wrote a two-part column detailing the myriad mistakes the company had made. Segway could arguably be the poster child for what not to do when starting a company.

At the time, I didn’t know Dean Kamen was a sacred cow in New Hampshire. Then again, I don’t know much about cows in general. Couldn’t tell a sacred cow from a dairy cow.
