GAS CITY - While most Grant County residents have been left frowning as a result of the recent hike in gas prices, Bo Timmons, owner of Bo's Twin City Auto Service, 621 W. Main St., and his wife, Teresa, are all smiles.

The Timmons just purchased a Hybrid Electric Vehicle, which runs on both gas and electric power. The vehicle gets between 40 and 56 mpg in the city, and between 39 and 55 on the highway.

"When I went to the gas station and filled up both of my GM's for $72 dollars for both vehicles, I thought it was time to consider something," Bo Timmons said.
