Canadian Feds Told to Crack Down on Auto Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The Federal Government is being told to regulate reductions in greenhouse gas emissions from automobiles and big industries.

A federal document says the voluntary approach is not working.

It says with current policies and programs, Canada will be significantly short of targets set by the Kyoto environmental accord.
