'Big Boys' Mix It Up At Detroit Auto Show

There's always been a sort of mine-is-bigger-than-yours contest among lusty auto executives at the annual North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

This year the big boys with the big toys are jousting over whose high-performance car measures up.

At the show's recent media preview, Ford Motor Co. Chairman Bill Ford Jr. rode shotgun in the automaker's 2005 Mustang, which entered Cobo Arena shooting sparks from its tailpipes.
