Audi Debuts E-tron Quattro Concept

Around the time Tesla begins delivering its Model 3 electric car, it's going to have yet another potential competitor: Audi's E-tron Quattro all-electric sedan, which the German company rolled out in Frankfurt this month.

Its 95kWh lithium-ion battery pack will reportedly give it a range of up to 310 miles, but maybe even more importantly, the company claims they'll be able to completely recharge it in under a hour at DC-fast charge rates.

The company is promising the four-door EV will be available in 2018, just 3 years away.
