Tesla Opens Largest Showroom in China

5,000 square meters facility is located in industrial development zoen in Chengdu, the capital of China’s Southwest province Sichuan.

Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) has stepped up its global retail drive with its latest store opening in China. Fresh off the heels from the launch of its first Australian store, Tesla has launched its largest Asian store in Chengdu, the capital of China’s Southwest province Sichuan.

Earlier this year in April, Tesla started delivering cars to their respective owners in China, and now the new experience center (as Tesla likes to call it) will servicethe growing demand for its premium electric cars.

Last week, the company announced the opening of its largest North American sales location in Montreal, Canada.
