FARMINGTON, CONN. -- The hybrid and pure-electric vehicle market will continue to prosper in 2013, driven in large part by reduced total cost of ownership, better performance and increased environmental regulations. Hybrid vehicles that can switch to run on pure-electric offer the flexibility of working in environments where noise pollution is a critical issue.
