StreetScooter Electric Car Is Crowd-Sourced
Putting together a new car, especially an electric vehicle, typically takes an automaker years. But a German firm is using crowd-sourcing to speed things up a little bit, reports Fast Company.
The StreetScooter – which isn't actually a scooter, as you may have figured from the picture above – has a range of 130 km (80 miles), goes 120 km/h (74 mph) and costs $6,000, without battery.
