The Near-Term Impact of Electric Cars on the Grid
Car manufacturers like Nissan, Tesla, Toyota or GM, just to mention a few, all have announced the introduction of either Electric Vehicles (EV) or Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) into the U.S. market place. However, as with every new technology, it will take some time until the market responds to mass adoption and a few hurdles still need to be removed.
Companies like Nokia Siemens Networks work with dedication and focus to bring technologies to the market to allow full mobility of EVs and PHEVs without compromising convenience.
