SDI Positions to Take Advantage of Alternative Energy Programs

Firm looks to take advantage of both US and Canadian government incentives to continue development of renewable energy technologies.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- SDI (OTC Bulletin Board: SUDI) SDI plans to introduce various alternative energy initiatives to the U.S. Department of Energy, the Canadian Federal government and the Alberta Provincial government.

The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing a $140,000,000 US program to assist the United States in becoming energy self-sufficient by the year 2010.

The Canadian and Alberta governments have allocated in excess of $100,000,000 US for accelerated development of new technologies that would assist the Canadian government in meeting its 6% emission reduction commitment in the Kyoto Protocol.
