Pacific Fuel Cell Appoints Isao Nakagawa Chairman

Chairman to provide advice and contacts as the company moves forward to commercialize its proprietary fuel cell technology.

TUSTIN, Calif.-- Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. (OTCBB:PFCE) today announced the appointment of Isao Nakagawa, chairman of NOAH International Group, as a consultant to the company. Nakagawa recently purchased Pacific Fuel Cell common stock in a private placement.

Nakagawa was formerly director of Matsushita Peripheral Companies, where he led start-ups of Matsushita Workstation Co. and Matsushita P3 Peripheral Co. (among others) to more than $300 million in annual sales.

NOAH International provides R&D and manufacturing consulting services throughout Asia and the United States. Its clients include Kyushu Matsushita, Sony and Kyocera.

PFCE is excited about Nakagawa's involvement and expects that he will provide invaluable advice and contacts as the company quickly moves forward to commercialize its proprietary fuel cell technology.

Pacific Fuel Cell recently received favorable mention in a U.S.-Japan Business News article.

Pacific Fuel Cell owns the worldwide rights (excluding Japan) to proprietary PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) fuel cell technology. Using its extensive international relationships, the company plans to create joint ventures to rapidly commercialize its innovative technology.
