Yes, there are still more of those vehicles on display than electric-drive models, but the real excitement and drama is in EVs, both in terms of performance and politics; after all, when was the last time a minivan was at the center of a Presidential campaign and media flap?

    No, EVs are here to stay. There’s too much at stake financially, environmentally, geopolitically to abandon them, much less ignore them.
